On April XX XXXX I went to see the Dr.Fouad *** O.Dat H.Rubin Vision Center (N.Kings HWY, Myrtle Beach SC, phone # XXX-XXX-XXXX) I had a problem with my left eye, like something was in a corner of my left eyeDoctor checked my eyes and prescribed my a glasses (-1,on both eyes)On April the glasses was ready, when I tried the glasses I felt right away kind of giddiness and auraole around the letters I tried to readI did not take the glasses, made appointment with doctor on April On this appointment doctor Fouad said that I need a surgery on my left eye but he can provide a treatment, I refused and made appointment with DrCarl *** (Coastal eye group, XXX XXth aveNMyrtle Beach, XXX-XXX-XXXX) on June XX XXXXDr*** said I had a very dry left eye and insirted a tier opener in my left eyeAs for vision I have 20/on my right eye and 20/(because
I want a refund of the amount of $that I overpaid to HRubin Vision Center, as promised by the manager
After years of putting off this expense, on September 18, I purchased a pair of glasses, including: Eye exam and these components of glasses: Refraction, Liz Claiborne Frame, Varilux Comfort lens, Polycarbonate Upgrade, Transitions Component, Crizal Advance, Material Copay and Sales Tax I was able to tolerate the following "bumps on the road" that H Rubin Vision Center in North Myrtle Beach incurred and fixed: The initial prescription from the initial exam was incorrect, and I was re-examined by H Rubin and provided a corrected prescription that "works", The initial pair of glasses had scratches on the lens, despite the paid-for Polycarbonate Upgrade, and I feel I was "oversold" on features that did not accommodate the size / style of lens I bought, namely the Transition Component
