We were very happy with their prompt and fast service. Within 1 hour of calling they were fixing the issue. Pleasant guys who knew what they were doing.

We highly recommend Shane and Sal of H & R Septic Service. Shane answered the phone at 4:53 PM and again at 5:12 PM on a Friday and they showed up as promised to our rented 1960s home the following Saturday. They had to dig about four feet to get to the old septic tank, found a clog in the mainline the plumber missed the previous day, pumped it all out since they were here and it would've needed it within the next year anyway. They showed us everything and explained as they went. Extra fee for Saturday but worth it! Ya know you have a good a service provider when you don't have to leave a message in an emergency situation. We love these guys. Thank you very much!

They forgot my appointment and showed up 3 hours late after I called them. They billed me a price different than the quote on the phone. Ironically good service while on site, but their business manners need a lot of work. Look elsewhere.
