Unless you have money to burn - and a lot of it, don't put your family member here... They raise the rent a lot EVERY year!!! $576 a month increase in 2 years so far. This applies to ALL Holiday properties. They misrepresent these practices and treat their employees terribly - turn over is crazy !!
