Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is generally satisfactory to meI appreciate the refund even having to go to the Revdex.com and the FTC to get it My second purpose was to alert folks who use the Revdex.com as a guide to getting business support regarding Digital Tech Geeks method of recruiting business...by invading someone's IT device with a bogus warning, locking up the device and attaching their phone number to the message as a means of eliminating (non-existent) spyware or malware thus generating new business And, their support is abysmal at best and they misrepresent themselves as an authorized support contractor of Apple products In FTC words that translates to scammingMost of their response as to "who said/claimed what" is falseI accept the outcome but further caution the BEWARE of using these guys!Sincerely, *** ***
