I believe this guest is running a scam where they stay, but don't want to payThis is a beautiful room (room 209) - as shown by the attached photosThe guest original had a Superior King room (a lower priced room), and upgraded to one of our Luxury Rooms with king bed, balcony and fireplaceThis
room has a new rug, new spread and is in excellent conditionThe guest checked into this room at 3:Even though check out time is at 11am the guest (after several calls) did not check out of the room until 12:Upon inspection of the room after check out the housekeeper found the tub to be stained with perhaps liquid foundation or something else (see attached photo), which the guest then proceeded to clean up with brand new towels (see attached photo), which are now ruined and had to be thrown awayThis guest has a lot of nerve saying they deserve a full refund for their stayIf they have pictures of any cigarette burns or pilled sheets then they are providing them from another source and not this roomI did not threaten this woman except to say that not only would I not be refunding her but that I should rightfully be charging her for destruction of propertyI hope you dismiss this case for what it is a scam*** ***, General Manager
