H P Contractors, Inc.

I terminated HP Contractors ([redacted] and [redacted] aka HP Contractors, Inc Lic. 1002088) from my project due to these failures:
- Abandonment of a project (they did not show up for weeks at a time for work without any notice; it was impossible to reach them via phone, text or email);
- Theft - Unauthorized HomeDepo credit card use ([redacted] maxed out my Home Depot credit card w/o owner authorization. it was a significant sum); A lot of materials that were paid by me were taken from the house w/o authorization
- Lack of reasonable diligence in executing a construction project. To mention a few: partial finish in multiple areas, limited or no knowledge how to build internal stairs, leaving external stairs unfinished, leaving expensive materials uncovered under the rain and more.
Unprofessional Behaviour - multiple complaints from neighbors and household members of noise that extended hours allowed, smoking in a prohibited area, drinking and partying in my house when I was absent.
- Trespassing - stayed at my house without permission; unsupervised random sub-contractors entered premises w/o heads up to owner or introductions);
- Poor workmanship;
