I personally spent 15 minutes trying to calm these 2 patrons and am willing to refund their entry fee and offer a gift certificate to try to satisfy their anger. plan to complain. I admit calling her a liar because she lied about someone in my office telling her over the phone the event was free. Unbeknownst to her I am the only person able to answer our office phone. I have witnesses that heard me tell hundreds of callers the exact charge.Sincerely,[redacted]
