Revdex.com spoke to Harry at business and the following was relayed: I have been doing tile for yearsThe customer states that it was not waterproofed, but she complained about the smell of the waterproofing as it was being doneI went back after installing over the weekend, of which the customer was
very happy, and when I returned she was completely differentI offered to fix the issues and she told me to get outShe then kept my tools hostage for a weekShe also failed to mention that I saved her $1,on the tilesI am willing to return and address the issues
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
These are just a few pictures of the botched work that was done. Mr. Miller can not come back and fix the mess he made because I have to RE PURCHASE $1000.00 in tiles to replace what he ruined. The grout lines are uneven, tiles are popping off of the wall, there is a 1 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the basin that should not be there. The marble threashold step is $250.00 alone and he cut it too short. The herringbone tile has so butch mud coming through, it cant even be grouted without being grounded out individually. The pitch is off on the basin and HAS to be ripped out and re done. This is going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix. It isn't possible for Harry miller to "fix" any of his botched work, as it is a complete TEAR OUT> I have had 2 General Contractors and 3 Tile professionals give me the same answer. This job is not fixable. This Man, Harry Miller, told me I was "crazy" and "he wasn't going to eat the cost of any of the tile" His words. He asked for money up front, and I PURCHASED ALL of the material before he began work. His work has made this room completely unuseable.

Revdex.com spoke to Harry at business and the following was relayed: The customer hired me to install an under mount sink. I quoted a price, he accepted. When the job was done it was approved and they paid me. If the customer would like, I am willing to go out and address any issue.
