Contacted H L Homes to sell my condo in Clear Lake, they were quick to schedule and made a reasonable offer, signed a one page offer agreement and then never heard from them again Waited three weeks and made a formal inquiry to the estimator that came to the property, he replied that they were unable to get funding, so would release my contract, never was contacted back.......not a good experience, no communication or updates, poor or no followup
