I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. This reponse is a total fabrication. I alerted the service tech who backed my car in and out of the bay immediately upon exiting the bay, not after returning. I have an employee who was with me to testify to that. I did return approximately 4 minutes later to ask for his insurance info which he denied having, He was the one using profanity. Also, I have all of thgis on video as I recored teh entire incident with my cell phone. In the video you can clearly hear him calling me a piece of [redacted] and denying he has insurance. You will hear that I never swore or raised my voice. He is unaware of the video.

I am responding to complaint #[redacted] .  Mr [redacted] received an inspection sticker at our shop earlier this month. He left our business to return a short time later insisting that his bumper was scratched and that we had “ backed into somebody “.   This damage did not occur at...

our business.  Mr [redacted] arrived agitated but became very verbally abusive to our staff when he was told that nothing happened to his car on our premises.  In fact, WE called the police .  An officer arrived and found Mr [redacted] to have an expired license and he was told to leave our property.  In the presence of the police officer we took photos of the alleged “ damage “.   Our inspector is a licensed professional.  Our bay for inspection is wide open with nothing obstructing access or exit. We are a new business and trying very hard to provide honest dependable service. Mr [redacted]’s description of events is backwards.  I hope that this response helps.  We are proud of the work we do here and we want our customers to know that they can trust us. Thank you.
