Review: [redacted] and I took our rat terriere into the veterinary clinc for a check aand nail trim the vet said the price was going to be 14.00 got to thje counter it turned out to be 15.00 There adverizing being polite and caring isnt so nice to the customer I sure would not recomend any one taking there pet to that veterinary clinc

The doctor was mistaken when she quoted 14 instead of 15 dollars. After he complained, the doctor said we would credit his account the one dollar back and she apologized. We already offered to refund his dollar. The doctor will give him a phone call once again and I will put a check in the mail for one dollar.

When returning the call to the pet's owner, [redacted], she was more than satisfied. The person on this complaint is NOT EVEN THE OWNER! I am still mailing him the dollar but the actual customer, [redacted], was happy and actually apologetic and embarrassed regarding this complaint. Thank you.
