As a year resident of Knoxville I've dealt with several Heat and Air contractorsMetro goes above and beyond, as far as I'm concerned they are the most honest I could have dealt with and get the job done promptlyI am more than pleased , wish I'd know about them years ago

A few weeks back, a different gentleman at H&H called and asked for an opportunity to get things back on trackAnd I'm glad I gave them thatThe work is now complete, and it looks very, very nice
They apologized for miscommunication, and even went a step further and reduced the invoice
I would definitely consider and recommend them for future work
