Review: I have been doing business with this outfit for at least ten years. I have been charged a base rate for them coming and emptying my sanitary holding tank when it gets full. It has gone up at a rate of 5-10 dollars per year. This last time July 5th, 2012 it had jumped from $90 last May to $125. I paid it. I asked the lady at the business why it went up so much and she said because I am seasonal. I do not know what difference that makes. Besides.. I did use my cabin this past winter. What in the heck difference does that make? When the tank is full the tank is full. I did not use any other business in the meantime. They did not notify me of any such changes in their billing policy.I called the business and told them of my dissatisfaction and she did not have much to say about it. I would like $30 dollars back and from now on I will be calling another company.Desired Settlement: I would like at least $30 returned to me.
