I admit a mistake was made on the est . and it should... have stated 12 pipe gate supplied by customer . we did not start the job nor did we ask for a down payment for the job before we would start. so no money exchanged hands. after talking to her and realizing she was trying to take us for a free gate we refused to do the job. thanks kerry [redacted] . I do not accept this response because this is false statement by Kerry [redacted] . I at no time indicated I had my own gate. I called and asked what type of gate they were providing because the type was not specified in the quote. He told me it was a bull type gate. I submitted the signed agreement following this conversation and then he contacted me and told me he made a mistake on the quote and did not include the cost of the gate. I believe that Kerry should live up to what he quoted. It is shame now that he is lying about our conversation. I will send you the email correspondence showing that Kerry would not perform the services he quoted.
