Review: I bought a 97 honda accord lx but I never got my current emissions and registration tags and plates that I paid for with the car per the paperwork. Its been 3 months since the purchase. Have them overnight them or bring them directly to me. ThanksDesired Settlement: see Attached document

MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:Called the business and spoke to [redacted]. [redacted] stated [redacted] is not his customer, however, [redacted] is his customer. As far as [redacted] is aware, the customer has picked up his plates.

Review: On January 18, 2014, I spoke with [redacted] and arranged to have my vehicle towed to his shop for repairs. He told me he would attempt to fix the car and then call me with status. On, February 1, 2014, he called me and asked what I wanted done with the car. I reiterated that I wanted the car repaired and again he assured me he would look at the car and call me back. Two months later on April 12, 2014, I had not heard from him so I called to check status of the repairs. He replied with the car is gone, and it went missing yesterday. He failed to call me when he noticed the car went missing and his response was "well it was just sitting out there". It took me several days to get through to his business insurance and I was told his does not have coverage for the theft. I have since attempted to contact him,; however, he will not return my calls.Desired Settlement: He is being sent a demand letter and if he fails to respond I am planning to file a lawsuit for restitution.
