Customer called on 6/8/15. Customer said that she had purchased one of our sprayers to spray an oil based sealer. Customer...

complained that the sprayer would not spray the product that she was using. She went inside the house leaving the sprayer unattended to get the instructions. While gone the hose came off of the sprayer. Customer was asking for a reimbursement of $46.78 for the sprayer and $40.00 for the stain. The complaint was given to our engineering mgr, without the knowledge the he was not going to be in the office. After approx two weeks the customer called back. We offered to send an upgrade for her sprayer and a call tag to have the sprayer that she was not happy with picked up. We were told that she had thrown the sprayer out. The customer was not happy with the resolution we had offered. We are now sending a check as was requested.
