I needed some home theater work done at my house, so I called the telephone number on their website but no one answered. So I sent an email on their website and got an immediate, automated response that they had received my email and will be contacting me "shortly".

That was 2+ weeks ago and I have had no response since then. Very dissapointed with their initial customer service.

We love our Control 4 System when it works. However, it seems every 2 months we have an issue. We had our system in Nov.2013. We never received a manual to correct issues ourselves. We are at the mercy of waiting for someone to come out. It is difficult to get a response from them when we need to schedule an appointment. Like I stated earlier we love our system when it works but we would like better customer service and for them to once and for all fix it!

We definitely would recommend his company to everyone and will hire him again for any future AV projects. A Happy Customer!
