H & B Heating and Air Conditioning

On October 15, 2012, [redacted] of H&B Heating and Air Conditioning installed a kitchen faucet at my cottage located at [redacted] The total bill for approximately 3 hours work was $414.84 which I reluctantly paid. Issue #1: $150 of that bill was for parts. Mr Baker refused to give me the receipts from Garlock's in the Bay. I understand about mark ups, etc but there is no way 4 turn off handles and 2 pieces of 3ft (it might be 4ft but I do not have any documentation to tell me) plus a few plastic connectors can cost $150. Issue #2: I was told by the original plumber that I contacted (he was busy and asked [redacted] to do the job) that installation of a kitchen faucet usually cost around $125. I was charged $125 for the first hour. I am very upset with this business and feel that I have not been treated fairly.
