Paid for a new motor,labor,and new gaskets and seals. out of 40 days the car has been in the shop for 23 of those days 4 different times for 4 different problems. The car started to develope alot of leaks so when I did a really good inspection of the motor I noticed that instead of all new gaskets and seals alot of my gaskets were just siliconed on to the motor and leaking from every direction. So now the motor has started making a noise and he is going to have to replace the motor the car has been sitting at his shop now for 6 days and has never been worked on. I asked for a refund or credit for not having the car and he said he wont do it. I asked for a eta on the car and he cant give me a date, I asked to see the reciept for the new gaskets that I paid for I cant see that either. he says so now im confused and wondering what I can do about this situation
