MrsMcDaniel called and wanted to inform our office that this has been taken care of at this pointThere were just a few issues that took longer to deal with since they had to work with another companyAfter a new vase was picked out from HAMcDaniel and a team was going to repair the
damage and install the new vaseThey had to get in connect with the company that owns the grave site, they were not returning their phone calls to get the location information for the gravesiteIt was only after an employee from H.A McDaniel’s went to their offices were their given the lot and section numberThis job is set to be taken care of this weekend

Review: since the middle of February we have been getting in touch with the above company to replace a vase on tombstone at [redacted] andas of date it has not been donebefore [redacted] passed away my mothers name and birth date and dateof death was engraved.we have called and left several message and to this date nothing has been donethe telephone number to McDaniel is [redacted]the daughter [redacted] cell number is[redacted]the home number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: if they are not going to replace the vase just refund the moneyand we will handle it some other way

Mrs. McDaniel called and wanted to inform our office that this has been taken care of at this point. There were just a few issues that took longer to deal with since they had to work with another company. After a new vase was picked out from H. A. McDaniel and a team was going to repair the damage and install the new vase. It was only after an employee from H.A McDaniel’s went to their offices were their given the lot and section number. This job is set to be taken care of this weekend.
