They wanted about $2700 upfront (I paid $2677.82, the check has cleared). They didn't do the work for the money I paid and didn't do the work on the invoice (attached) with an estimate amount of $25,872.00. Their work is substandard and language is inappropriate. [redacted] made comments about "I've never had to [redacted] and I never will." They are there to work, not complaint about their ex-wives and life histories. Out of all the work on the estimate, the first item even the owner said he didn't do all of (just half) and the second item he only did about one-third of. Additionally, we paid for the insulation and it was ruined and needs to be replaced (we will be doing that - Heath offered to bring some and we do not want any. We have gone to the police to set something up to keep him off our property). The didn't come with their own tools, they didn't do any of the clean up (we hired a separate plumber and he did the clean up for them), they used MY garbage bags and had no gloves or masks. They used my snow shovel to knock out old sheet rock and almost made a hole in the floor of our upstairs until my husband and I intervened. We gave this company multiple chances to make this right because a family member recommended them. We shouldn't have.
