Towed my $car and upon unloading my car at their lot, they scraped the front spoiler2nd time this COhas done this
2/14/-i was involved in an accident ( I was hit right REAR) and Memphis Police called for a tow GYS showed upWe watched the driver load the car onto the flatbed and witnessed him having no issues with it going onWhen I went the next day to sign the release to my ins co, I looked at my car to make sure it was unloaded ok and saw that my front spoiler was scrapped all the way acrossI was involved in another accident mid in the same car (from rear again) and the same scraping happened then too They will not call my ins agent back and won't admit to fault Memphis should take them OFF their list of tow companies
