I bought two expensive units. Delivery was scheduled. I was assured the units were in their warehouse. Delivery never came. I was told there was a delay in shipping from the factory. Delivery rescheduled. Waited another two weeks, assured the day before that units were in the warehouse. Again delivery never happened. Again, I was told the units hadn’t been shipped. How much dishonesty is one expected to endure. I suspect they gave my units to “preferred customers,” although I can’t prove it. If you want an honest transaction, you may not get it from gym source.

I placed an order and was charged $186.33 on April *, for goods never received. On April , I cancelled the order when they advised me it would not be available until June 2020. The business s]\informed me via email that I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. The time period passed with no refund. The business no longer responds to my emails requesting a refund. I have all the emails saved. Please help.
