Delivery of filler dirt instead of Topsoil which was not the invoiced agreement. Did not complete the work as stated on the invoice and did not reimburse the amount of money left over in the account. Upon my decision to fire him for delivery of incorrect and incomplete product and labor he did not respond to any phone calls and has not paid back the money owed. The dirt that we had delivered was sold as fill dirt but was the equivalent to topsoil. And he decided that he wanted more dirt than what we had agreed on in the invoice. 10 more loads were delivered by verbal agreement. Due to the weather at the time we were unable to be on site. They were impatient and asked us not to come back. This matter has been solved as of 10/16/15. Paid in full. We were summoned to Appear in court due to this matter. Thank you[redacted]
