I am rejecting this response because:
My name is *** *** and I filed a complaint for Upper GwynedVet HospitalI want to make a change but I do not see this option onthe website. I have received the dollars for the emergency serviceI am nowchanging the monetary fee to dollarsI was charged for a Vet TestGeneral Health profileI had already been to the vet on Friday May19th for a scheduled examThe vet on Friday gave me antibiotics formy dog - with no insert about potential side effectsThe dog thenbecame worseAs explained in the complaint the emergency room vet wasnot knowledgeable enough to see these side affects, reason why I received the dollars backs. Now the issue is the dollar vet test that was administered by thissame vet the day of the emergencyI no longer wish to attend this vetor have communications with them.
