GVA Property Management

Application had already done everything that they needed. Went to office and was rudely asked if they had called us to come in to sign,also it would be a 3 hour wait because they did not call us. We called they said everything would be ready to sign when we arrived and there was no one in the office, we still had to wait for 3 hours. They came out and said it will still be a while . All the apartments I have ever leased was not this way. This the worst customer service and management I’ve seen in my lifetime. Something needs to change. I know people need places to live, but this by far the worst. And then they said there was a high risk fee of $350 why did they tell them this be fore hand. I’m not understanding. We have been running around all day. By the way what os a headache high risk fee, never heard of that before.
