On 10/3/14, I placed an order with Best Store Global for two [redacted] L2220 insoles ([redacted] Transaction ID: [redacted]). I expected to receive the insoles in 1-2 weeks. I called them when I hadn't received them by the end of October, and spoke to [redacted]. He said they'd send them right out and I would get them before I left on my vacation on 11/8/14. They didn't arrive, though I expected that they would come while we were on vacation. When we returned on 11/30/14, the insoles had still not arrived. I called Best Store Global again, and [redacted] said he'd look into it and call back. He never called back. So I filed a dispute via [redacted], though it was outside their 45-day limit. So I called Best Store Global again, spoke to [redacted], gave him the [redacted] transaction ID, asked for a tracking number, and never heard back from him. I took a pair of boots in last year to get resoled. looked like a great job, but took a month to get them back. I wore them a few times, sole started coming off. Took them back in, had them "sew " in the sole.Then I took the same boots in for new zippers, took over a month to get back. I wore them one time, and the zippers broke.I took them back again, again, 3-4 weeks only to call and they only fixed one.Clearly they do not listen to the customer on what needs fixing. But they want to be paid in cash upfront!I thought I learned my lesson the first time! Will not be going back againMy boots are Motorcycle boots, very expensive, so when you have a good pair, its sometimes worth trying to save them.
