Review: On August [redacted], 2013 I did my laundry at this Laundromat. While folding my items, I noticed that the edges of my sheets were burned and that my mattress cover had melted. The dryer that I used was #15.

I reported the incident to the woman on duty ([redacted]) and ask that she contact the owner, [redacted]. I also told her that the items were NOT drying on "High". Per the instructions on my mattress cover, I selected Med/High".

We tried calling him and got no answer. She told me to leave the items with her and she would have him take a look at them the following business day. I did not hear from anyone at the business so I reached out to them on Tuesday. I spoke with a [redacted] who said she had not had a moment to look at them and would call me the following day. When I did not hear from her, I called the business. I was informed that Wednesday was her day off and she would call me on Thursday. Once again, I had to reach out to the business and request that the owner call me.

To date, I have been given the run around in reference to speaking with the owner and have been informed by a staff member that the owner will not assume any responsibility for his machine ruining my items.Desired Settlement: I would like my sheet set and mattress cover replaced. My sheeet set was $50 and my mattress cover was $59.
