We feel as though we handled the complaint accordinglyAlthough we were not 100% sure that the employee added the tip to the receipt we terminated the employee for adding the tip to the credit card receiptWe then refunded the money out of our pocketThere were no complaints about the food so we
did not reimburse for thatAs an Owner and leader of over employees I would hope that we make no mistakes and our employees are always honest but it just isn't soI am truly sorry that this inconvenienced our guest out of $but we repaid the debt out of our pocket not the employeesThe food was perfect, no complaintsWe will not be reimbursing for that
