I purchased a trial quantity of Micro Mesh Gutter guards 4/2012 and installed them. They worked well so I ordered more in 1/2015 for the whole house. In 12/2018 I ordered enough of the same guards to replace all the original. I hired *** in Augusta GA to install new gutters and the newly ordered guards. In 3-4/2019, I began noticing that a lot of the rain was not going through the guards into the gutter but jumping over them. Something was not allowing all the rain water into the gutters. After a lot of investigation, pictures, and videos, I noticed the new 2018-19 guards did not have the same hole widths and depths underneath the screen. The design or fabrication is faulty compared to the older guards.

I've started communication with the supplier Rain Trade, who I purchased all the guards from, on 5/13/19. They have handled communication with the fabricator. The fabricator keeps trying to avoid admitting fault by implicating the installation. I have been able to debunk those claims. I grew tired of the back and forth and finally requested reimbursement for the guards and the cost to remove the faulty guards. On 6/28/19 Rain Trade indicated they would reimburse me for the guards but not the labor to remove the faulty guards. I consider them responsible for that labor since I was not aware I was paying for faulty guards to be installed and will have to pay to have them removed.
