We had Gutter Helmet installed on our home last year It is a great product We had problems with leaves in our gutter that was causing water to run over the gutter and flood our basement It solved the problem
Customer Service is next-to-nothing If you have issues with the product, they never return your calls If you have to have your roof replaced, you have to have GH come out and take off the product (paying them several hundred dollars to do so) so a new roof can be put on (if anyone else takes off the product, it negates the warranty) My insurance company allotted less than $for GH to UNINSTALL/REINSTALL the product when my roof was damaged from hail, but GH came out and totally ripped off/destroyed the product so it could not be reinstalled They kept saying they'd get the insurance company to pay for new product, but my insurance company wouldn't approve it (because it was NOT damaged from hail!) After complaining to GH for over a year, I gave up So my GH cost me several thousand dollars for a little over a year's use, and now I have nothing I should have filed a complaint with Revdex.com then and maybe it could have been resolved
