Gutter Helmet by Harry Helmet

I had these gutter helmets installed 4 years ago. Recently there was a storm in St. Louis and 2 of them came off. This company states they have a "lifetime guarantee x3." I called them about the issue and they wanted to charge me $2800 to fix it and that was only if I agreed within 3 weeks. If I didn't act quickly they said it would cost me $3500 which is what I originally paid. They wanted to redo the whole house and all I wanted was for them to put them back up. They don't follow their promise of a guarantee and this is false advertising. I also think they prey on elderly people
