Gustafson's Furniture & Mattress

I recently purchased a mattress and box spring from Gusrafson'sI was drawn to them because of their proximity to my home, and their TV commercial, which says, "Buy your mattress today; sleep on it tonight!" When I bought my mattress there, I waited DAYS to get it! In addition, I had to wait WEEKS for the box spring!! The salesman, Ryan, didn't even mention that there were different heights of box springs (I found out I liked the lower, non-standard size)I found that when I was in the store a few days after my original visit: I overheard a different salesman telling another customer about the different sizes, AND showing them to that customer!
