Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken

ordered potato salad got home and it was full of eggshells. Called told rep she said "thanks for letting us know" but didn't offer replacementsOn August 4, 2015 at 5:24pm I paid $41.00 for an order of the 16 piece family meal from Gus's Fried Chicken. I chose potatoe salad as one of my sides. I got home fixed plates for my children and they began eating. They complained about the potato salad having eggshells in it. So I called Gus's chicken knowing they would tell me to come back and choose a different side or come back for some potato salad without eggshells. Young lady answered my call and I believe she said her name was [redacted]. I explained to her what happened and she said "Thank you for letting us know Goodbye". I was shocked because my intentions weren't to inform them of their mistake so the next customer would be satisfied... I called so that I could be satisfied. This order was not cheap and I expected to receive The $41 meal I paid for. I'm not asking for full refund of the meal but I expect edible potato salad.Desired SettlementReplacement potato salad
