Guru

caller represented himself as being with Dell Computer Co and advised me they had been observing that I was receiving malicious material into my Dell computer. I had spoken with same person a couple of days prior and had hung up on them. I asked 3 times if he was with Dell and had no affiliation with a company called Guru and he told me that was correct. I then told him I was going to hang up and call Dell and discuss problem with their tech support. He told me, at that point, that " I am going to f___ you". I said pardon me and he repeated it. (thought maybe I had misunderstood him because of accent) I then asked him to repeat it one more time please and he did. I hung up and called Dell. The call today came from 1-800-425-5055. The person I spoke with a couple of days ago was using the number 866-773-2918 as I had called what I thought was Dell and got this person. Sounded like same person and sounded like call came from India. First caller tried to sell me a soft ware contract but we never got to price. Just kept telling me I needed to do this. I discovered name of his company (Guru) when he asked me to type in access code so he could view computer but I knew I didn't recognize where it took me as I have done same with Dell before and knew it wasn't same.
