Review: I dropped off a [redacted] rifle for repair back in March/April 2015. I called about three weeks after the drop off and was told they were still trying to track down the part (screw) needed to repair the rifle. When I made follow-up calls, they went to voice mail (with no callbacks) and eventually the mailbox would not take any more messages. When I went to the store, there was a note on the door they were closed until further notice.Desired Settlement: Finish the repair and return my rifle or return my rifle as is so I can find another gunsmith.

Review: Turned in a shotgun- [redacted] for repair. Never heard back. Business not returning phone calls.Desired Settlement: Repair the gun, return the gun, or pay for the gun.
