After interviewing the employees at the store it was determined that the customer had purchased & used the productHe had stated that he was in town in Longview and was at [redacted] where he was able to purchase the product for a lower price and wanted to return the product he had purchased thereOur store policy is to not return any product without a receipt which the customer also did not haveHe asked the employees to make him a hand written receipt which would be considered fraudulent.He came back several different times and tried this return with different employees.We understand the customers complaint but unfortunately due to the situation and the results we cannot offer a refund
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I have not used the product and I still have the unopened product and the original receiptI took the unopened product with the receipt back to the business twice and twice I was told his computer would not allow him to retrun oil productsI did not say anything about going to *** and purchasing the product at a lower price, I simply did not need the product and wanted to return itI did say that *** and napa would return oil products if they were not openedI never asked anyone to make me a hand written receiptWhy would I when I stilll have the original receiptThe two times I went down to the business I spoke with the same individualI will be glad to show them the original receipt and unopened productBut I would like to deal with the owner and a witness.Sincerely,*** ***
