Gunn Infiniti service department does not provide the services that they claim they doThey are the most dishonest car dealership I have ever came across For example, The first time I went to get my oil change they charge me for synthetic oil (the most expensive oil) and had the nerve to not replace my windshield wiper fluid even though its a part of the oil change packageThey also, did not wash my vehicle which is also another part of the package The second time I went back I was told they went ahead and did a synthetic oil change on my vehicle which I learn that with this oil I would not need to get another oil change until I hit milesWell, according to Infiniti they recommend I do an oil change every miles so why is it I'm been charge for a product that I don't need in the first place? Once again they still did not wash my car and they took over an hour even though I told them up front that I needed to leave in hour to get back to workOn my receipt it shows that they checked my windshield wipers which is a lie, because if they did check they would have realize that I need new wiper blades

The general manger contacted me, apologized, stated how upset he was with his team about it. Offered to pay the whole bill

The first time I went to get my oil change they charge me for synthetic oil (the most expensive oil) and had the nerve to not replace my windshield wiper fluid even though its a part of the oil change package. They also, did not wash my vehicle which is also another part of the package. The second time I went back I was told they went ahead and did a synthetic oil change on my vehicle which I learn that with this oil I would not need to get another oil change until I hit 5000 miles. Well, according to Infiniti they recommend I do an oil change every 3700 miles so why is it I'm been charge for a product that I don't need in the first place? Once again they still did not wash my car and they took over an hour even though I told them up front that I needed to leave in 1 hour to get back to work. On my receipt it shows that they checked my windshield wipers which is a lie, because if they did check they would have realize that I need new wiper blades.
