September 11, 2015To whom it may concern [redacted] did have trouble with his rifle. [redacted] and friend both bought a new gun, same model same, scope same day. (two guns, two scopes) Both returned with complaint about scope. Both received new scopes of different brand (Nikon)... at greater cost, at no additional charge. These rifles and scopes were mounted and bore sighted by the store. Both left a little more happy.On subsequent return, both stated problems with accuracy at 100 yards, after some dialogue about shooting techniques that could improve accuracy, they left the store. [redacted] ***s friend was happy. The purchase made has a lifetime warranty from the manufacturers. And the store gives 3 year warranty.
