Gump's, Inc. (Previous Ownership)

I ordered a blouse from gumps a few months ago I did not receive it because they said it was on backorder I just read that they are going out of business in the meantime I am out $99 can you help me get a refund? I have tried to contact them by phone but apparently the phone has been disconnected and I try to email them but the email is also down so could you please help me try to get refund? Thank you

I purchased a mail order item which did not fit. I returned it and never received a refund.

I tried to call them but was left on hold for a long time. Now the phone number is not in service. Apparently they are going out of business
