Gumdrop Cases C/O ULS

I ordered a Gumdrop case, but there was a discrepancy with my address so the Post Office returned the product to the company. I have called and left three messages and sent at least four emails requesting a refund of the $64.95 I paid for the product. I have received absolutely no response from the company. I placed the order on December 4, 2013 and they received the product back on December 16, 2013. Their website advertises I have 30 days to return the product for any reason and receive a refund. I'm livid that I have received neither a response or my refund. My order number is GumdropCases-[redacted] and the tracking number is USPS Shipment [redacted].
