I recently purchased trial sizes of Dermaserre face cream and eye creamThe prices were $and $I checked carefully on the webpages to make sure I was not signing up for future shipments as I'm always careful when trial sizes are soldI did receive the productsThen about weeks later, I saw new charges on my credit card from this company for amounts of $and $I was shocked and angryI called Dermaserre and the representative said it was clear on the website that I was signing up for monthly shipmentsI know it was not and I've since looked at website again to confirm thisShe insisted and became rude to meFinally after I continually asked to cancel all orders and refund my money, she offered to refund 30% of the costI said she could do that but I am still due the full amountI'm very worried they will continue to charge me and my only recourse will be to cancel my credit cardThis is outrageousI've looked at some websites that do company reviews and see that many people have been scammed by this company
