Gulfstream Australian Shepherds

Review: I entered into an agreement with Ms. C[redacted] (d.b.a. Gulfstream Australian Shepherds) on May 20 2013 for the purchase of one puppy from her upcoming litter from ASCA Gulfstream's Games People Play "Weegie" and AKC/ASCA Windfall's Etched in Ink "Tattoo." As part of the agreement, I paid Ms. C[redacted] $500 check deposit which was deposited into her account on May 23 2013.On June 17 2013, Ms. C[redacted] contacted me at her discretion and notified me that she is not willing to sell one of the puppies from this litter to me, and verbally agreed to provide me with a refund of my initial deposit. Immediately following of phone conversation, I send Ms. C[redacted] confirmation of my mailing address by email for the return of the deposit check.Since that time, I have not received my deposit back. I have made over 7 documented attempts to contact Ms. C[redacted] via email and telephone. She has not answered or returned any of my phone calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I simply would like to receive my $500 deposit back for her backing out of our agreement to sell a puppy to me. I am not seeking any additional damages or recourse.
