Gulf Shores/Pensacola West/Lost Bay KOA

confirmed for one nightly rate, charged a higher rate after arrival. bait and switch
Reservations made on 10/2/18 for stay on 11/1/18 - 11/4/18 for $120.99 per night, received confirmation email that included dates and rate. Stay was paid in full via credit card at time of reservation.
Called to add 10/31/18 to reservation, received second confirmation email with $120.99 per night. Were told to pay for additional night upon arrival. Arrived late on 10/31/18, paperwork and keys left for us. On 11/1/18, campground charged credit card for additional night at $145.99 per night rate plus additional $88.37 for difference in previous charged nights at $120.99 per night as they raised the rate to $145.99 per night. We were not told the rate would change and had confirmation of the lower rate.
We repeatedly talked to the staff and asked for the rate to be honored at what was confirmed. They refused and told us we could check out early for a refund of the one night we would not stay. We did check out on 11/3/18 and received a refund of the amount for one night.
In addition, my mother stayed in another cabin and they did the same thing to her.
