What’s the address to there Kenner location do you have a contact number for them how can I get possession of car without appointments
My wife’s car was recently towed and I have dealt with tow companies before and I have never heard of them making people have appointments or making people wait three days to get their vehicles or possessions out of the vehicle. We called about retrieving our car and they told us that we had to make an appointment and couldn’t schedule us until Monday and we will have to pay the accruing fines fand fees and I can’t go to work now because my equipment is in the car that they don’t want to let me retrieve I have over 3,000 dollars worth of equipment I my car. Then on top of that they were very rude with me saying that we don’t have a choice and they make the rules how ever they want and we have your car and you can’t do anything about it
I received a complaint filed with the Revdex.com in the mail today. ID number with this file is 14159625. I have read the complaint and I am unable to respond in regard to this particular incident as I can not locate this name in my system. There is no notation of what car this is in reference to. We do have certain polices in regard to property and or vehicle redemption, but there are a lot of variables that would come into play as to what happened with this particular customer. If I could be given a little more detail as to who is actually filing this complaint then I can give some insight on the situation. We are not allowed to schedule appointments with out the proper release from a finance company. We have to set appointments for redemption due to the lot attendant being able to help one customer at a time. If for whatever reason we are not able to set an appointment for a customer due to all time slots being filled then we will set for the next business day and all charges, if any, would be stopped the day of the release being sent in. A repossessed vehicle is a sensitive subject to begin with so for the safety of the lot attendant and anyone else coming to redeem, the appointments have to be set, otherwise we would have a full day of customer redemption's at our gate at 9am. We always take the customers name and number in the event a time slot opens and we have definitely been able to get customers in if they are able to arrive at the time the slot opened. I do not know if when this customer called in we had the release or not. I don't know if they are referring to redemption of their car or just personal property, the complaint isn't very specific on that. If they would like to provide more information I would be more than happy to give the details on the exact redemption. Additionally, we would never tell a customer " you don't have a choice we make the rules how we want and we have your car and you cant do anything about it"Thank you,Carly DGulf Coast Asset Recovery, LLC.
