I had fantastic experience with this firm when I obtained a mortgage through them during the purchase of my home in April of 2012. They were the best I have ever dealt with. Professional, thorough and friendly. They never wasted my time or asked for unnecessary documents. They answered all my questions and they never SURPRISED me. When they said I was approved for the loan that was it. No other docs were needed and at the closing the firms representative said at the table calmly and visited with my wife. There were NO hidden fees or oh I forgot to ask you for that or gee we forgot to tell you this. They were great and I would recommend them to everyone I meet that needs a mortgage!
