We were billed for our visit after being told that our PT treatment would be covered through our insuranceWhen they made a mistake and made an appointment with a chiropractor (after repeatedly asking for a PT), we were billed for the treatment for out-of-pocket costsI called their headquarters and explained the situation to which they responded, "we have no record of thatWe will send your bill to collections if you do not pay it." The treatment itself was okay but having to deal with this logistical problem with no understanding from their corporate office makes me concerned for other patients A very poor experience with them and will not be going back
