Guilt

This business was supposed to refund me $*** for a return of a Rolex watch. Originally I purchased one and it did not keep proper time. So I upgraded and paid the difference. They sent me the second watch and it was not as it was described. They agreed to fully refund me upon returning both watches. I sent them both back. They confirmed receipt and I have yet to receive a refund. At this point they are not even responding anymore.
