I was charged for services I never received. The Dr. and I could not agree on the method of treatment.
I visited the company in June. I talked to Dr. [redacted] about a treatment plan and the cost of this treatment. I explained I needed time to collect the money.I returned in July because of an infection in a tooth. Dr. [redacted] suggested a credit card company she was doing business with. I was approved for 10,000 dollars that I signed the papers for the center to collect for my treatment I was to receive. Dr. [redacted] then suggested another x-ray to make sure she could do the procedure we had talked about.Dr. [redacted] not claim she could not do the treatments I agreed to she now had a new plan but I didn't agree to it.Dr.seemed upset she said I had infection in my mouth that would go to my blood stream and could cause more problem if not taken care of now. I told her I didn't want to remove all my upper teeth and left the office. Dr. [redacted] called me to her office a day later I thought for the initial treatment plan but she had an upper plate made up to show me after I told her and the girl taking the x-rays I was not removing all my upper teeth. I told her I didn't want to waste any more of her time and mine because I knew I needed the work now. I left the office and Dr. [redacted] called the next day and said she wanted to see me when she returned from out of town and she suggested other treatments because she said I didn't have enough money for the treatment plan I wanted. I called the credit card company to cancel the card but they told me Dr. [redacted]'s office had already been paid the $10,000 dollars. Dr. [redacted] never examined me she made her plans for treatment from x-rays only.
