Design, by its nature, is highly collaborative, iterative, and subjective, and we've developed a tried-and-tested process that we feel enables our clients to obtain the best possible final design in the shortest amount of time. Design is 'more of an art than a science', and we recognize that
not every single design concept is going to be a hitIn order for our process to work, we provide our clients with multiple design concepts, ask that our clients choose the one concept they like most (even if it isn't 100% perfect on the first pass) and to give our designers feedback so that the designers can refine the conceptIn essence, we ask our clients to work with us so we can continue to iterate and fine-tune their designs.We've had the pleasure of working with over 75,happy clients in the years we've been in business, and the feedback we've received has been overwhelmingly positiveHaving said that, we understand that while the process has worked for the vast majority of our clients in the past, it's not for everybodyIf *** *** is dissatisfied with the process, does not wish to give our designers the appropriate feedback, or otherwise does not believe that our system will work for her, we are happy to offer a full refund of our design fees
